Email supportapsody@gmail.com with a short description of the problem, your device, and the app version (shown at the bottom of Kitchen → Settings). In the app you can also use Kitchen → Settings → Legal → Contact support.

Never send passwords, sign-in codes, or full payment card details. We will never ask for them.

Premium and Restoring a Purchase

If you bought Premium and the app does not show it, open Kitchen → Settings → Restore purchase while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you used to buy it. If that does not help, email us the order number from the store’s receipt email — never your card details.

Cancel a Subscription

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google, not inside Apsody. Cancel or change them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or deleting your data does not cancel a subscription.

AI Permission

Newer versions of Apsody ask before sending your ingredients, choices, or photo to OpenAI. To withdraw or give that permission, open Kitchen → Settings → Legal → AI processing.

Delete Your Data

Use Kitchen → Settings → Legal → Delete my data (or Delete account, if you signed in with an account in an earlier version). If you do not see it, update the app first. If you no longer have the app, the deletion page explains what to send us.

Report a Recipe or Drink

If a result looks unsafe, wrong, or offensive, use the report option on that recipe or drink in the app. Reports are kept for safety review.

Escríbenos a supportapsody@gmail.com con una descripción breve del problema, tu dispositivo y la versión de la app (aparece al final de Cocina → Ajustes). Nunca envíes contraseñas, códigos de inicio de sesión ni el número completo de tu tarjeta; no te los pediremos.

Premium: para recuperar una compra, usa Cocina → Ajustes → Restaurar compra con la misma cuenta de App Store o Google Play con la que compraste. Las suscripciones se cancelan en tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play; borrar la app o tus datos no las cancela.

Permiso de IA (versiones nuevas): Cocina → Ajustes → Legal → Procesamiento con IA. Borrar tus datos: Cocina → Ajustes → Legal → Borrar mis datos; si no aparece, actualiza la app primero.
